Flat Board Plus

(Please read additional description - NO flat board only options available)
Hallway grain, quality hay, blanketing, turnout with boots/bell boots provided by owner daily, scheduling of farrier and vet, payments to farrier and vet by owner, grooming, all supplies needed for daily care provided by owner...*Additional rates required - minimum two (2) lessons a week required & one (1) pro ride a week (weather permitting/scheduling may be altered), if lessons are not able to happen an additional pro ride and/or professional ground work ie lunge will be added that week so that the horse is properly exercised at least 3 times

Rehab Board

Hallway grain, supplements and medications provided by owner given as needed, quality hay, blanketing, turnout as permitted with boots/bell boots and ace all provided by owner daily, scheduling of farrier and vet, payments of farrier and vet by owner, grooming, all daily care supplies provided by owner, hand-walking, icing, wrapping, special medication application/administration, medicated bathing or cleaning as necessary, cold hosing, minor injury aid and applications with supplies provided by owner. *Additional rates may apply for extra services/rides etc*

Training Board

Hallway grain, supplements and medications provided by owner given as needed, quality hay, blanketing, turnout with boots/bell boots provided by owner daily, scheduling of farrier and vet payments provided by owner, all daily care supplies provided by owner, minimum three (3) pro rides rides a week included, grooming, lunging, hand-walking due to inclement weather and bathing as necessary, minor injury aid and applications with supplies provided by owner. *Additional rates required & minimum 8 lessons per month*

Training Sale/Lease/Consignment Board

Hallway grain, supplements and medications provided by owner given as needed, quality hay, blanketing, turnout with boots/bell boots provided by owner daily, scheduling of farrier and vet services - payments provided by owner, all daily care supplies provided by owner, minimum three (3) pro rides rides a week included, grooming, lunging, hand-walking due to inclement weather and bathing as necessary, minor injury aid and applications with supplies provided by owner. *Additional rates required ie: - monthly supply/laundry fees at home etc and off property ie shows, clinics, etc - hay, grooming supplis, laundry services, etc: ie any necessities needed for shows to be provided by owner or are additional costs*

Full Service Training Board

Hallway grain, supplements and medications provided by owner given as needed, quality hay, blanketing, turnout with boots/bell boots provided by owner daily, scheduling of farrier and vet, minimum three (3) rides a week, grooming, lunging, hand-walking due to inclement weather, all daily care supplies provided by owner, tack up/untack, daily groom, mane pulling, nose/ear/leg trimming, minor injury aid and applications with supplies provided by owner, tack cleaning, laundry. *Additional rates required & minimum one (1) lesson a week*
